First up, we’re excited to announce the addition of four new members to the Cyber Threat Alliance: Barracuda Networks, ReversingLabs, Telefónica, and Zscaler. These companies join the cofounders, Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, McAfee and Symantec, in our coordinated effort to battle cyber adversaries. Through deep collaboration on threat intelligence and sharing indicators of compromise, alliance members are delivering greater security for individual customers and organizations.
Elsewhere, President Obama is in town at Stanford University as part of the White House Security Summit. Our President and CEO Mark McLaughlin will join the president and otherleaders from tech companies, law enforcement, consumer and privacy advocates and law professors to collaborate and explore partnerships that will help develop the best ways to bolster the nation’s cybersecurity posture. The summit is sure to generate a lot of news, so stay tuned for more updates from Palo Alto Networks.
